Our church is known for its strong Bible preaching, and its great singing, which is done in a Southern Gospel flavor!

We make no apologies for standing firm for the Old Time Religion! If you're looking for a church that sings off the wall, and the preacher uses a "new version" of the Scriptures then we may not be the church for you, but you're still welcome to check us out!

However, if you're looking for some old fashioned preaching, and some old fashioned singing, and some old fashioned worshipping of God--then you would probably feel right at home! We often talk about how wonderful Heaven is going to be--and I agree, it's a wonderful, indescribable place. However, I am of the persuasion that we can enjoy our trip from "here to glory!"

We're not of the "name it-claim it" group or the "health-wealth gospel," but we do believe in going to church and worshipping God, and  leaving saying, "It sure was good to go to church today!"

We have a great group of people and we love to fellowship!  Baptists are known for our "covered dish" meals and we're no different! We love to have "eating meetings" and we have ample time to fellowship and get to know one another!
